I can’t receive any emails when somebody submits a question. I configured the forward email and installed WPmail SMTP and it’s working.
Please help.
DominicWe have fixed this issue in the latest version of the plugin and tested this feature and see that the plugin working fine. In this case, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Thanks, I fixed the issue, If you can tell me what to test and how to fix this issue without logging in. then fine. (I am a developer ) otherwise I don’t want to fix it.

Why only me has a bug in this file? and what is the relation between this file and the whole site!
If you still want to help, just send me the file (fixed version) and I will test it.
And how I will upgrade to premium if this issue persists, It must be fixed, if the problem in my site, let me know.
At the moment, this issue comes from the free version we will check and update it in the next version of the plugin. If you want to fix this issue on another site, you can copy the code in the Notifications.php that we have fixed and override to the site facing this issue.
In the pro version, we have fixed this issue.
