GuruPlease create a new page with the title and test you want to display. The in the plugin settings page, at the page for the questions listing page. This would work if you have already used the template integration guide.

After adding the files in the filder theme, you can open the content-start-wrapper.php file, then change the Text that you want to display in the following code line:
<h1 class="entry-title"><?php _e( 'Question & Answer', 'dw-focus' ); ?></h1>
