Problem with video post

This problem only happens when I change the post type to video. Then I see a white gap between the header and the embedded video. ¿How can I force the video to show just under the menu?

Yes, It’s problem when you using the Embed code(Iframe ) in the post, you should putting the link of your video, if you use video from youtube or Vimeo.

Thank you Dominic, the problem is that when I just include the vídeo URL, that is without embedding it, if the post format is set to vodeo I get two videos instead of one, a big one on the top, and a little one right below it.
