I’m using the Knowledge Base plugin but I need to change the template the pages from the plugin use, they’re currently using the default page and I’d like them to use a custom template.

DominicAt the moment, the plugin using the shortcode to show the content and you can insert this shortcode to any page that you want to use. If you want to use your template, you can let me know detail about your layout of the template and what do you want to show in this page?

This only has one shortcode. This doesn’t allow me to change the page template which is used once I click into a category or onto an article.
Yes, About the template, if you want to change, you only possible add the content or some different section to this page.
