Where can I amend the CSS? Ideally I would like the hyperlinks to be red and bold.

I think..developer team MUST provide some sort of front end to modify common thinks like adding CSS, modifying font…so on and so forth…

I do know how to amend CSS code, I’m just not sure where exactly I need to go, in order to carry out this change.

I have downloded the theme: DW Focus.
