How can I make the Popular News widget to work?

I am using on the DW Focus the DW Popular News widget but it does not work as it always shows the same posts every day and they are not the most popular ones. Is there a reason why it doesn’t work and how can I fix this? Also, I noticed that the template does not work on Internet Explorer as everything overlaps. Is hiring a technician to rewrite the css for explorer the only way of fixing this?

Hi Stephanie,

We make a simple script to record views of your post then show by popular news widget. We tested this in our site again and it still work well.

Can you give me a screenshot or another detail description about this for further checking?

Hi Jennifer,

I tried but this forum does not let me attach or show any screenshots. On the home page of http://sovainmagazine.com/ under the slider there is the section with “What you are loving right now” which is the popular post widget. The ones that are featured there are always the same 3 and they are not even in the top 10 of the most read posts.
