Date Error | DesignWall

Hello Design Wall,
This is an awesome plugin!
I totally love what I see from the Admin side, it displays just as I want it to.
For some reason when enabling it on the front end, it won’t display.
My Chrome browser would show an error window that looks like this:

Could you please help me figure this out?

You can try the following Date format:

yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss

If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

That it is in fact how the format is currently in my settings:
2017/10/19 09:00
It works and displays just fine in the Admin Back End but not in the front end.
How do I send you the credentials privately?
