How to Display Social Media Buttons at Right of Menu

Please how do I display social media buttons at the right side of the Main Menu. The Feed and Login is already there but Facebook, G+ and Twitter are not there. I also want to add YouTube to it.

Very simple, you can log in to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Settings > Header tabs and add the social icon in the Social Links section.
