disqus comment number does'nt show up in the home page

Hi,
I’ve installed disqus comment plugin, but the problem is that there many comments in the post but it always show “0 comment” in the home page.
how to fix it

Kindly try enabling the “Comment Counts” checkbox under Advanced Options in the Disqus plugin and that should resolve this by outputting the Disqus JavaScript in the footer. Please contact with author plugin if that doesn’t work for you.
