Do I need Wordpress preinstalled?

Do I need to have WordPress installed BEFORE I upload your Quickstart package?

Or can I just upload the QuickStart to an empty account directory?

You do not need to install WordPress version before uploading the Quick_Start package. WordPress Codes are available on the Quick_Start package.
