Nathan MenefeeI’m curious about the best featured image sizes, as mine seem to be producing lower quality rendering on my site compared to your demo site, both in the metro display, and in the thumbnails below the metro display that auto zoom. I think you need to add your image to the Featured image in the post. See the Screenshot: 
About the image size using on DW Argo Theme, The recommended image size is 250 x 250px for all posts, and 500 x 500 for Metro style.
