dw-fixel.xml missing

Hi,
I downloaded the theme, unzipped the file and installed the theme. It seems to work, but I would like to import the
demo content as well, but it seems I’m missing the dw-fixel.xml file. I don’t have a folder Sample Data as described in the documentation.
