DW-Focus Theme Settings page is blank in multisites

I have installed DW-Focus in my Multisites Website.
Unfortunately the Theme Settings page is blank in all sub-sites admin area.

WordPress ver: 4.9.4
PHP ver: 5.6
DW-Focus ver: 1.3.3
Please let me know how can I fix it?
