How to export changes from demo to live site?

Hi,

DW Focus – How to export changes from demo to live site?

By the time I am done tweaking the theme and settings and widgets and such to work with my content, it will be a lot of work. Is there any easy way (maybe via MySQL export) to move these changes to my live site, instead of doing them all over again?
