(For example how to add github on social account links on the left side)

I understand where the error occurred with the template. When I try to download the theme via a link from this page https://www.designwall.com/wordpress/themes/dw-minion/ I’m downloading the theme DW Walpress.

Hello. I would like to make a banner like on the original template. When I insert the text widget in the top sidebar, the text appears in the center. When I insert the text widget in the right sidebar, it appears on the right, but lower than the top and you have banners on the template at the same level with the Central content.
Could you send me the correct source code below the banners into place, as well as you have done?
