I had initially gone to that area, but it does not seem to allow me to add a logo. Where should I go to the customize area? Is it possible to alter using the quickstart menu that came with the DW Page Metro template? Thanks!

You cannot alter the quickstart menu that come with the DW Page Metro template.
– To change the logo of the DW Page, you can log in to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Title & Tagline.
