DW Page Modern configuration options don't appear in editor

My configuration options don’t exist in the page editor. I’ve already tried deactivating and reactivating the other plugins. I’m using version 1.0.5

I’ve just recently been hired to work on this site – but the previous wordpress consultant said that the configuration options were never there.

Hi,
At the moment, our theme have released the latest version 1.0.7, you should download and update the theme. If you use the older version 1.0.5, DW Page will not compatible with latest version of WP and you can not find the configuration options in the page editor.
Also, If you purchased DW Page Modern theme on the https://creativemarket.com/" rel="nofollow">Creativemarket, we have updated the latest version in the Creative Market. Right now, you can obtain the new version for no extra cost by logging into their Creative Market account, navigating to their Purchases page, and then clicking Download next to the specific product.

I just logged into creativemarket.com – I downloaded the theme update – it only updated to 1.0.6 – didn’t fix my problem and broke my shortcodes (like
[list_employees category=’leads’]) HELP HELP HELP!
