DW Q&A plugin: Styling issue being seen between Chrome and Firefox/IE

I am using the free version of DW Q&A plugin and it is amazing. The only issue I am seeing is there is a styling thing between Chrome and Firefox/IE. If you see this page – https://greatdesi.com/indian-culture-in-san-diego/
It shows up correctly on Chrome while on Firefox and IE the box styling for the questions is not present. Do we need to add any CSS for Firefox and IE to appear same as Chrome?

Could you send me a screenshot for further checking? I have checked on Firefox and chrome and nothing different.
