DW Question Answer & Internal Server Error

Hi,
Recently i added DW Question Answer plugin. Since that my site is showing Internal Server Error. How i should fix that.

I’m using Color Mag Theme & site is powered by WordPress.

I have checked on our demo and many people have installed the plugin and see that it working fine.
