DW Shortcodes Bootstrap

I am trying to use the DW Shortcodes Bootstrap plug-in to create shortcodes for my themes widgets (DW Focus).
The icons are not showing up to create these short codes. What should I do to properly install this plug-in?

Unfortunately for us to say that, we no longer support and develop this plugin. We don’t have any plan to re-develop this plugin yet. Once we have the plan, we will announce it soon.
