DW Timeline Pro: default cover and header mask for visitors (not for admin)

hi. I’m using Timeline PRO and I like this theme very much.
My problem: The cover image shows up just fine for me whenever I am logged in on a device. For any device where I am not logged in as the blog admin only the default image is available. How do I fix it?

Please send me username & password of your site for further checking, I think you are using the old version of the DW Timeline pro.

I solved it. I changed in customizer > style form "default" to "flat" and saved that. Then I changed again. (Idea from: https://www.designwall.com/question/sometimes-custom-header-image-gone-log/)
