Installed, running, but have some issues.
- Not receiving emails to the Admin when new questions are posted. I enabled the “Send a copy of every email to admin” on the Email Settings page as well as “Enable notification for new question” on the New Question page. Email address is correct. Emails not being sent/received.
- User Guide on you site does not match the plugin at all.
- Answering questions from within WP Admin. I can find no functionality to allow this. What I want is a) questions held until reviewed and answered by Admin, and b) Admin have the ability to answer questions from within WPAdmin. Is this doable?
Finally, just a note about your site. Doesn’t work very well in IE.

4/ Yes, only pin to top of Archive page.
5/ At the moment, if you want to disallow comment section in the question, you can use the following code:
div#dwqa-respond { display: none; }
I have sent the plugin into your email, you can check it now.
About the issue 3. At the moment, the plugin does not support this option for the answer and comment. If you want to have it, you need to customize the plugin. The plugin only support this option for the question.

A couple of other questions.
4. How to “archive”. I don’t see any option for that other than “pin to top of Archive page”. Is that it?
5. I have set WP to disallow comments. Why doesn’t new questions honor that setting?
