Email templates edition issue DW Q&A

Hi I can’t edit email templates on back end and can’t press submit button It is very important for me as I have to translate the mails in french When I upload a logo , it is impossible to validate the page. It does not work on Firefox and Chrome . Please see attached Do I have to buy the developer edition to make this page editable ? Version of plugin is 1.3.3 Firefox 38.0.1 Google Chrome Version 42.0.2311.152 m

Hi,
I have checked on our site and it’s still work fine.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

Hi many thanks for your reactivity ! I disabled all the plugins but DW and it works.! I reactivated them one by one and the conflict came from WP Data tables, a codecanyon plugin which displays responsible data tables in posts . Many thanks for your help ! Your plugin rocks !
