When I write an answer using the front end, the HTML registers when I used the visual editor, but when I save it all the HTML disappears and it becomes one block of text.

when I edit my answers in the backend, the formatting stays.

Right now, what I am doing is answering in the front end, and then login into the dashboard and editing the answers. This is not ideal or workable in the long term.

How can we fix this so that the front end answer box maintains formatting?

I know what you mentioned in your question. We have checked and see that it’s bug come from our plugin. We are checking and fixing it. We will update this issue in the next version and release it as soon as possible.

Hi, I have the same problem. There is a way to fix before waiting the next update?

It’s important because my blog is about coding and i really need formatting the text on question.

I know what you want and the issues that you are facing here. However, you should wait for a new update version for the DW Q&A. We are trying to release it as soon as possible. If you can not wait for the new version you can use the pro version with $24. We have checked and it working fine with format text.

Also, in the Pro version we have the DW Markdown extension good support for the Pro version.
