Dwqa-question Title on Page

Each question page title has the words "Dwqa-question" before the question title. How can I change this or remove it?

About this issue, I think it’s slug section of question page or in the permalink setting of DW Q&A

Note: only possible change and impossible remove it.

Hi, that slug area that you just posted doesn’t have "Dwqa-question" in there. Where can I find this?
