DWQA Section doesnt work properly

You can ask a question no problem and go into the question asked no problem but if ya want to answer you can only use text.
You cant bold or italic ( you get this **** you have to delete it first then if you put in bold .. it doesn\’ t bold italics do but both are in really tiny writing ) 
The image section wont put in the image, just the URL
if you are linking a site for further information you cant shorten the code to a URL link
Images don\’t come up, just the URL
You cant bullet or number list
If you have any link you ant add text
You cant have images and text
You cant backspace to correct something you have to delete all text 
You cant edit the answer at all unless you exit the page and go back into the answer questions section.
is there any way to fix all of this without me having to pay yet another web developer.. WordPress wont help
