DWQA user can't comment, despite permissions being set

Hi there, I set the permissions so administrators and subscribers can see all the same things, but for some reason the subscribers can neither comment or see the wysiwyg editor. (But administrators and visitors are seeing both). Any suggestions on how to fix?
