How to change the template that displays user account

Hi there,
Is there a way I can change what template the user account details appear in as they’re coming out in my default template however I need some different styling for this page as it doesn’t work with my default template. Thanks very much for your help in advance

In this case, you can open the user-profile.php file in the wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/templates/styles/default folder to customize.

Thank you, though this content still comes out in the default page template. I have managed to get around this with styling though. Is there a way to change the labels for ‘Subscribe’ and ‘MY SUBSCRIBES’?

You can open the archive-question-filter.php file to translate it.
