e-mail notifications doesn't work

if someone (anonymous) asks question, i’ll as admin receive notification. But if i answer that question or comment it, notification isn’t sent to them even if it’s checked 🙁
I also installed WP mail SMTP and it works fine (their test mail arrives okay)
What am i doing wrong in settings? 🙂

yeah, this one work, but what doesn’t work, is comment notification. So if i as admin reply in administration to that question (as comment), that user doesn’t receive any notification, as i mentioned when i started this thread 🙁
