I installed the plugin but people who ask questions are not getting email notifications about their questions being answered. Please help

DominicPlease let me know the version you are using (free or pro). Also, you need to install the wpMandrill or WP Mail SMTP to allow send the email.
If you are using the pro version, we have checked on our demo and it’s bug come from the plugin, we have fixed it and you can send me the email, I will provide it for you.
