Who can edit the question? And who can change the question status?

Hi,

I have the simple questions. I added one question with my username. Then another people be able to edit my question as well as the question status(Open/Close).

My question are;
1. Who can edit the question?
2. Who can change the question status?

Hi,
At the moment, just Admin & Editor is possible edit the question and change the status question. Also, the author of questions can change status and edit question.
