DW Question Answer doesn't work with Role Scoper

The Plugin DW Question Answer does not work with the wordpress plugin Role Scoper.

No one can see the questions when the plugin role scoper is active with the DW Question Answer plugin.  Only the admin account can see questions.  People can ask questions but not see them.
 
How do you fix this problem?
