While testing as a user, I can fill in my email address and click the box asking for notifications regarding this comment. However, no emails ever make it through.
DominicWhich version are using? I think you are using the free version. Right?
If you are using the free the version, you will face with some issues about notification. In this case, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

I have the same problem, I try the free wp version, but no notification arrives, no to customers, no to admin.
