Error Message in Question Details

I just purchased HP 500-281 (Windows 7 Home Edition). I am having the following error message in Question Detials: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in /hermes/bosoraweb062/b923/ipg.moderndesignidea/moderndesignidea/wp-content/plugins/wp-juicebox/wp-juicebox.php on line 187

Hi,
I have checked your site on our computer and nothing happen as you mentioned, you can send me a screenshot for further checking.
Note: I think this issue come from a other plugin.

I am having problem with that in Firefox. IE 11 does not have that problem. Did you check it in Firefox? Thank you.

Of course ! I have checked it in Firefox and still work fine.

Hi,I have checked your screenshot, I think this issue come from a other plugin. Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.Regards,
