Fatal error when active DW Question & Answer

When I try to active DW Question & Answer 1.4.3.3, I got Fatal error:

> Notice: Undefined index: question-category-rewrite in F:\wwwroot\wdone.com\wp-content\plugins\dw-question-answer\dw-question-answer.php on line 93

> Notice: Undefined index: question-tag-rewrite in F:\wwwroot\wdone.com\wp-content\plugins\dw-question-answer\dw-question-answer.php on line 95

> Fatal error: Call to a member function flush_rules() on null in F:\wwwroot\wdone.com\wp-includes\rewrite.php on line 273

Both WordPress 4.5 RC1 and RC2 have this problem, I don’t test other WP version.

I have installed on our demo and it still work fine, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Also, you can try deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
