Focus 1.2.1 update

hi we update dw focus 1.2.1 from 1.0.9. But we have some problems.

1. we hade a option custom code. I want to change must read article color.What can i do ?
   
2. we had 3 options about siderbar like main,category and single post sidebar in v1.0.9. But for now we don’t have it. eveything is confused.
