John YakubikHello someone else posted this issue recently but I saw no resolution. When I try to enter the customize page I get nothing but a spinning wheel of death.
Please advise.

DominicI think you are using the old version of DW Focus, you should update your theme to latest version 1.3.0 to resolve this issue.
I have checked your email in our system and your license is Expires on January 30, 2016.
According to the new license scheme, we apply the limit 1 year to update and technical support which is quite common across WP theme clubs now.
In your case, I would like to make an exception that I will enable the update access so that you can upgrade your theme to our latest version for free, no extra cost for this. And you can use this version for lifetime.
However, if you wish to get future updates or technical questions access, a renewal fee $34.3 will be applied then.

John YakubikThanks- I went ahed and paid the $34.30 anyways. However, I don’t see any instruction on how to upgrade theme. I have some custom code written into my existing and I want to be sure I don’t overwrite any of that. Thanks- John
DominicPlease let me know detail about your custom code I will check and help you resolve it after updateing. If you want, you can send me username & password of your site, I will help you update the theme.
