Follow up: Redirect author to my own profile page

Sorry, I can’t create a dw user and answer you.
I don’t have the Pro version, so I don’t have that option – and I already have set up a profile page with another plugin. I just want to redirect my users to the existing profile page when the click on the author to a question/answer.
 
Can you help me?
