glossary design not coming

I have installed the theme with the available demo content but the glossary page is not coming, please help me out with this

User name:- globalxchange
password:- $P$BmYTHD.193K

these are the user name and password, the glossary web link is this one “https://info.globalxchange.com/?page_id=419”

please help me out with this.

You can open the themes/dw-helpdesk/footer.php file.
