Glossary Items Not Displaying In Alphabetical Other

Hello,

I’m using DW Glossary to create a celebrity biography profiles. The plugin was purchased via Code Canyon.

Under each alphabet, the items are displayed by dates added instead of alphabetical order.
I do not see any option to set it to alphabetical order.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

We have tested the plugin on our demo site and the plugin working fine. Could you send me the username & password of your site for further checking?
