How can I rename "subscribe"?

People are not understanding what “subscribe” means and I’m wondering if I could change it to something like “Follow Responses” or something?

In this case, you can use the Translate plugin or find “subscribe” word in the plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/Template.php file and find the line 106:

$text = __( 'Subscribe', 'dw-question-answer' );

“the translate plugin”? is that one you offer?
