How can I show a full post? Right now the home page lists the 3 most recent posts — headlines only – not the full post. Site link here.

hi Eddie, can you please provide me a picture to describe it more clearly, i’m not sure i get the part you mention, thanks
These are the “posts”. As you can see, there are only headlines – not the actual post. Visitors have to click on the headline link to read the post.
With other wordpress websites if someone posts a post it post on the page. Not with Design Wall. DW only “lists” the blog posts on the home page – it doesn’t actually show the post. Appears to be a bug of some kind.
Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked your question and I know what you want. Currently, the widget Recent post is default widget of WordPress and it will not show detail post as you want. If you want to display the email or full post you need custom this widget. I have got your email and I will check and help you resolve this issue.
Dominic, I upgraded to the latest version of DW Focus. Of course, the upgrade blew out the custom widget you created for this.
Can you repeat the instructions here or in an email so I can get this resolved. Thanks.
This is the website link, now: LPCbooks.com we moved 🙂
this was the code we’d used to pull that red tab in our right side bar area for the site: https://lpcbooks.com
Looks like the new theme style sheet removed that class. Is there a replacement?
https://lpcbooks.com is our website.

I have checked your site and see that, you can use the following to resolve your issue: https://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-posts-widget-with-thumbnails/screenshots/
Okay, well, I pulled down that plugin and so far I can’t find that it does what I need it to do. I guess I’ll hire a developer to fix this flaw in the design.
Ok, I want to suggest the best plugin help you resolve this issue and you won’t custom the widget default of WordPress. So, if you don’t want to use the plugin, you can add the following file to the widgets folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pnrd9ngv24p2h7f/custom-dw-recent-post.php?dl=0
and add the following code to the functions.php file:
require get_template_directory() . ‘/inc/widgets/custom-dw-recent-post.php’;
I paid a developer to help me. He found the plug in Ultimate Post. That fixed the issue. Now our home page posts fill the full width of the post area, not half the width.
Yes, If you have any issue or question and issue please let me know, I will help you resolve it.
