How do I fix the timezone in the DW Focus Headlines tab, cutomize section and logos in different categories….?

My timezone is set to Eastern New York time and when I publish new post in wordpress it shows the exact time but when you check in the headlines tub, the time always shows the post was published 6 hours ago..? Also when I change the timezone I lose all settings in “site title and tagline, Navigation and Social links” Plus when I upload different logos to each categories it shows only in two colours and the rest are blank even after overwriting FOCUS logos. Please can you help me fix this issues…
