BradleyHi, I have a license through CodeCanyon. Currently I have DWQA Pro version 1.3. I want to update to the latest version, but there is no native update feature inside of wordpress. I have downloaded the latest version but cannot install it since it says that it already exists in the wordpress plugin directory. How do I update?
DominicIn this case, you can disable the old version and use the FTP to change the folder name of the old version then upload the new version. Also, you can change the name of the new version Or copy/paste to the old version to override the plugin if you do not custom the plugin.
