How to add sidebar to single question page and category page?

As single question page act as a post so it is not allowing me to add a sidebar. kindly help me out in adding a sidebar to single question page and category page

I have accessed your site and created the sidebar for the Q&A page. Please send me your FTP account to add the sidebar to the single question.
