How to disable WooCommerce user registration and manually create accounts?

I built an online store with WooCommerce. Now, I would like to disable WooCommerce user registration and register accounts manually. I want my store to be visible for everyone, but people should only be able to purchase something when they have an account that I created for them. How do I do this?

Hi,
You can go to:
WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts tab
You can find the Options are located at the bottom of the page.
Untick -> Enable registration on the “Checkout” page

Or If you want the account will create by admin, you can go to the Dashboard > Settings > General setting and then disable the “Anyone can register” option.
