Trevor JansenWhen I choose the featured image, the file is sized down to a thumbnail (150×150) and then sized up to create a blurred image on my home page. I can’t get it to display properly. Hope you can help.

You can change the thumbnail size in Dashboard / Settings / Media (the recommended size is 300×300 or 600×600 for featured image). Then install, activate and run the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to resize your existing thumbnails.
In case, you don’t want to use the plugin, you can manually re-upload your post images and WP will generate the thumbnails for you.
