How to get a question and answer site like this one with WordPress

How do I get the same template as the Question and Answers of this site http://designwall.com/question/?
I have installed DW Q & A plugin for WordPress but couldn’t get the site to have the same visual appear as this site.

Our Designwall.com is made for only our homepage and of course it’s not officially released anywhere
