how to hide those scripts and css in pages that don’t need them because it causes too much load to a webpage (decreases performance, speed, and thus negatively affects user experience).

In this case, I think you can use the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-load-filter/
Or this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-organizer/
Hope this help!

Another plugins?
Why not you use simple scripts to hide those unnecessary scripts and css in particular pages? I’m not good in javasripts and php.
