How to place google adsense ads

How can I place google adsense ads on my blog? Also why is there space on the right hand side of each blogpost page?

To resolve this problem you can use Google Ads Master plugin
Please search the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=+Google+Ads+Master

Also, on the right hand side of each blog page, that is a Secondary sidebar section, you can remove all the widgets here.
